This 3 month Kinesiology Coaching package allows you to go deeper into your self and refine your personal intentions, goals and dreams whilst clearing any blocks or fears that arise along the path. Get to know yourself in a much deeper manner as you awaken and expand your relationship with you. Fill your cup as you create the life you truly desire.
The program consists of combination of coaching techniques, specialised kinesiology, breath-work, meditation, sound healing and energetic support systems. Combine this with a workbook designed by Rachelle to provoke deep thought and personal reflection. The program also includes a ticket to the seasonal group workshop on either the Equinox or Solstice, personalised meditations and energetic home support. We work with the Seasons of life and the Divine Feminine Archetypes, awakening your magnetism, creativity and femininity. We connect to and identify your true Values, awakening clarity and ease filled decision making. Learn how to optimise your energy as you synch into the rhythms of nature and your life.
PROGRAM INCLUDES:
5 x 1.5hr 1-on-1 kinesiology coaching sessions designed to give you clarity, and clear and align your body and mind.
1.5hr evaluation session around 2 months after completion of the program (in person or online)
2hr seasonal group workshop on the solstice or equinox (season depending) including free gift
Seasonal Coaching workbook tailor made by Rachelle to guide you through your journey
Human Design Charting and Anaysis prepared by Rachelle just for you
Personalised energetic support pack individualised to your needs in the first session, including a flower essence, essential oil blend, crystal and candle
‘Everyday Expansion’ pack of 4 guided meditations
